Truette Bateman has filed a lawsuit against JCGS Automotive, LLC, operating as Rooster Ridge Car Care, in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. The complaint alleges violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), and Chapter 21 of the Texas Labor Code. Bateman claims he was wrongfully terminated due to perceived disability and age discrimination after requesting vacation time for a cardiac procedure.
