Stacy Albea has filed a lawsuit against Resort Lifestyle Communities, Inc., operating as Oak Park Retirement Resort, in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas. The case, filed on October 15, 2025, alleges retaliation in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and Chapter 21 of the Texas Labor Code. Albea claims he was terminated from his position as a maintenance technician after attempting to assist a colleague, Bailey Nicole Pyron, who reported sexual harassment by her supervisor.
