Salvador Segovia Jr. has filed a lawsuit against RCS Property Management LLC in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, alleging violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The complaint, submitted on September 30, 2025, accuses the defendant of failing to remove physical barriers at a property located at 4444 Cypress Creek Parkway in Houston, Texas. Segovia, who uses a wheelchair, claims that inadequate accessible parking and steep ramps prevent him from accessing Anthonie’s Deli and other businesses on the premises. The plaintiff seeks an injunction requiring the removal of these barriers and compliance with ADA standards. Represented by attorney Douglas S. Schapiro, Segovia also requests attorney fees and litigation costs.
