Laura Morrison has filed a lawsuit against the PWA Coalition of Dallas, Inc., also known as AIDS Services of Dallas, in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. The complaint alleges sexual harassment and discrimination based on sex/gender, along with retaliation after reporting such harassment. Morrison claims that she was subjected to inappropriate behavior by Tiffany Claxton, Director of Community Service at the organization. Despite her attempts to address these issues internally and through an anonymous letter to HR, Morrison states that she faced hostility at work, leading to her termination under contested circumstances. She seeks damages including back pay, emotional distress compensation, and other legal remedies.
