In a recent filing with the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, Keith Zeno has initiated a collective action lawsuit against Carlsen Mooring & Marine Services LLC. The case, filed on October 10, 2025, alleges that Carlsen failed to pay overtime wages to Zeno and other similarly situated employees in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Zeno claims that he and other “Day Rate Workers” were paid a flat daily rate without receiving overtime compensation for hours worked beyond the standard 40-hour workweek. The lawsuit seeks unpaid back wages, liquidated damages, and attorney’s fees.
