In a recent legal development, Amanda Park, Andrew Park, and Betty Park have filed a lawsuit against Greenhill School of Dallas and several associated individuals, including Brittany Hawkins, Jarrett Shine, Lee Hark, Teressa Thomas, George Heinrichs, Trevor Worcester, Brittany Rolleck, and Adeel Hussain. The plaintiffs are asserting various state law claims along with a federal claim under the First Amendment via 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The case was initially filed in the District Court of Dallas County but has been removed to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas due to its federal nature. The defendants consented to this removal except for Brittany Rolleck who has not yet been served.
